• Yes they should be able to no problem. I installed mind myself and it was the first time I upgraded my processor. I just watched a few YouTube videos. Pretty simple process. But since you don’t feel comfortable geek squad should know.

• If you don't know how to install it you should not be buying it. There are too many other factors to consider. Mainly is it compatible with your motherboard.
