You have to save your data and send via email to another user where they can update their system with your saved data.

You would need to call QuickBooks and purchase additional users if you need more than one person on it at a time. If you only have one user, but need it on multiple machines, then you can use the one licence and create portable copies and email it, then restore a portable copy to the other machine. You would have to do this every time you use each computer.
