I have been using the Manual Payroll in Quickbooks Pro with every edition including the 2020 edition I am using now. Set up each employee with the wage. Then use the time sheets and the first time input their wage, i.e. Office wage $15. pr hour, Warehouse wage, etc. after that, just copy last time sheet and change the hours. You will have to make a chart for tax and other deductions, I use Excel. We only have 3 employees and work same hours each week, so once I figure deductions using IRS Publication 15 Employers Tax Guide. I use that chart each week and manually input the deductions for each employee. I can then use the Excel Tax Form worksheets to figure my monthly IRS deposits and Quarterly reports.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Payroll is an add-on feature. I'd recommend migrating to QuickBooks Online (~ $900 / month) for 12 months and then click to add-on the payroll option.
