“I Filed with TurboTax last year for the first time using the disc am I to purchase a new TurboTax disc this year or am I in the system whereby I will be sent an online purchase of the same choice of filing disc?”

You need to buy a new version each year, weather you buy it by disc or download. I prefer buying a disc each year due to a computer crash you will lose all information and in case IRS, state, local wants to look at your tax's from 4 years ago you have a back up disc to reload and bring up that year tax's. I also keep each year backed up on a flash drive to reload into that year program. Saves you a lot of headaches if something does happen.
