• Yes, if you choose the version that includes state returns. You can file multiple separate returns with it.

• Yes, you may use as many states as you need (I have used 3), but ONLY 1 is included with the Fed/State versions. The others are pretty pricey comparatively and only available directly through download from Intuit.

• The TurboTax Deluxe Federal Return + Federal E-File 2015 does allow you do to download and file in two states if you are required to. Additional charges to apply for state returns.
