- Answer The packing states " Install it on all your home PCs'" , have not tried it an a second PC yet.

Questionso... on the manufacturers website it lists best buy as selling the "Pro" version.. but that doesnt seem to exist here... but more importantly: how is this "Win 10 specific" software, release date 2012... when Win 10 DIDN'T EVEN EXIST UNTIL 2015?????

- Answer They claim it can predict the future, yes it noted the Corona virus of 2020 and the even more devastating covid - 19; 2.0...in the late fall of 2020 so beware! I have this thru aol so you know it is NOT a great product.

QuestionIs there a potential conflict with the Norton systems already installed? The package indicates a solid/physical disk. My Dell has no CD drive. Does the product come with an access code so it can be downloaded?

- Answer Yes there is a conflict with a Norton Security system already installed even if it is a remnant of a Norton system. You will need a special Norton Removal tool to get rid of that remnant. Even after that is done, System Mechanic still may not work properly - at least the anti-virus and malware part of it.
