• Its the weight of the inside capoments. Making it lop sided in water.

• This speaker will not stand upright in the water it will lay on its back, but that is also dependent on the amount of movement of the water. I would recommend putting it on a pool float, or the side of the pool to keep it pointed in one direction consistently.
