- Answer Hi! Thanks for asking! The Archive LP has line level outputs. So, when connecting to a receiver or stereo system, connect the Archive LP to a CD, Tape or other Line input. Do not connect this to a phono input.

Questionif I connect RCA outputs to my stereo will the integrated speakers stay on? if the volume is turned down are the outputs as well? I want a component for my stereo system without using the integrated speakers while using USB (record) and RCA (play).

- Answer The external speakers are controlled by the volume knob on the top of the turntable. The RCA output volume would be controlled by your stereo. By turning this knob down/off, you can use the RCA outputs exclusively with your stereo, without hearing the built in speakers. This knob is only for the speakers, and will not affect the USB output, or the RCA output.

QuestionI have a HP laptop running on windows 10; after connecting USB cable; when I start to record an LP and see the audio scale on my Laptop; will I hear the audio of the LP (selection) being recorded?

QuestionThe turntable speed seems to be dragging. Can the speed be adjusted on turntable?

- Answer On the underside of Archive LP, you will find the rubber pad with the RPM speed you want to adjust, and gently lift up the rubber pad to remove it. Push through the rubber seal, and tighten/loosen the screw using a Phillips-head screwdriver to fine-tune the RPM speed.

QuestionIs the wood MDF with a wood veneer outer shell or is it solid real wood?

- Answer From what I can tell, it does look as it is real wood with a clear finish on it - no sign of ability to separate anywhere and it does have a decent weight to it. I feel it is not MDF with wood veneer, but I am also not an expert. Hope this helps.

- Answer This unit uses ac power from an inline "Wall Wart"...the USB connecter is used only for outputting audio to a computer. The unit also has RCA outputs for audio out as well...and the unit works great!
