- Answer Has internal charging system, has to be plugged into a wall outlet. It will play while charging unlike others I have owned. Once fully charged it runs for along time though, much longer than others I've used.

- Answer You can tune it and the signal was clear and good where I was. If the signal isn’t clear then the sound won’t be either but I didn’t have a problem with it.
