No. They are not built to be "repaired." If yours doesn't work anymore, I imagine you need to buy a whole new one. I also imagine you haven't been bothering to take the time to properly clean and prep the surfaces you have been putting yours on. I imagine this because the sticky gel suction cup is the most reliable design on the market - as long as it is clean and mounted to a clean surface, it stays in place almost like it had been glued there. Clean the windshield/dash thoroughly prior to installing a new one and if you ever remove it to share between vehicles, you need to clean the sticky gel between uses too. If you haven't tried cleaning yours (per the instructions that came with the unit), I strongly recommend properly cleaning the suction cup sticky gel (the way there manufacturer instructions say to) before throwing out the unit.
