• I have a 8 with the extra battery case and it holds it, not a lot of room to spare.

• It should. I’m using a much thicker IPhone 11 Pro Max with a battery case and it works as intended.

• I have a OnePlus 6T with protective case on it and it fits and holds no problem. My phone dimensions are 3 1/4" wide x 6 1/4" tall so you can compare to your phone.
