• The gel pad itself is a non replaceable part. I used a credit card gradually going around and deeper toward the center with each push while applying pressure to the mount in a pushing back. When you get it off, just rinse it well with hot water, let it air dry and it should be good as new.

• You don’t change it, you just clean it with water and let it air dry and it will be sticky again.
