• No, you buy cleaning pads specifically for the device, no cleaners needed. The only thing you're supposed to add is clean warm water. I've found this works out just fine.

• Bona poured directly into the Braava mop will clog the spayer. However, you can spray the area, to be cleaned, directly from the Bona spray bottle.

• Not in the device but you can spray it on the floor beforehand if you wanted. It cleans surprisingly well with just the water sprayer. The pads also come with a cleaner built in.

• I bet you can, just choose the dry option so it wil only use a dry pad. Unless your wood can handle some water, in that case you can use the damp or wet option. Hope this helps.
