• Yes it docks itself when it is done. There have been a couple times when it has gotten stuck or was too far away when it decided it needed to return home and didn't make it, but I would say so far 95% of the time it docks itself.

• Yes it docks itself after cleaning. It vacuums the tile floor for an hour and then goes home to recharge the battery. Be sure to empty it and clean the filter.

• Not this model. It will return to be recharged but it won't return to duty on its own. I believe you have to get the 900 series for that option.

• No it won't go back to its job. It will dock and charge by itself.
