• I don't use siri on my phone it causes more harm than good. That's an apple issue I believe not something planned with this device. Disable Siri if you can live without it

• Make sure it's inserted fully.. sometimes if it's not all the way in the iPhone will glitch and think you pressed the button. If it continues you may have a defective unit

• If your ISMJ38 was purchased within the last year, I recommend having it exchanged under your 1 year warranty. If you simply want to turn off SIRI, you can do so through the general settings of your iPhone.
