you get what you pay for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to drive my dad's older car for a while and the only way to listen to my Apple Music on my iPhone was through the tape player... This does exactly what it is supposed to do. Sound quality was pretty good. It's not optimal, but in a pinch this is a good option.

Decent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This maybe just me or my car but when taking phone calls it can be rather low on the volume side that I have to blast my speakers but not when listening to music. I'm still glad I got it because it works great when playing music and using Siri when needed. I do wish the button was on the side because it can be difficult to press when it's facing downward but if the jack is located on the top then you should be fine. I would recommend, if you don't want to pay for a new stereo or Bluetooth installment.

Solid Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is great for those without Bluetooth in the vehicle. The sound quality of the phone feature is good (not garbled/static noise), the function is easy, and the adapter for music is not wimpy...it does not disconnect. Bought one for my nephew and all my driving younger ones wanted one of their own.

Works Well For What We Paid
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We planned on getting a new car stereo for my daughter because her old one won't play MP3's, but after seeing how much the new stereo and installation would cost, this was a good second best plan. The music quality isn't the best and wouldn't be acceptable for a music fanatic, but it works for us.

New sound for old school
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a 2002 luxury car, complete with a burl wood maple dash and a cassette player--with no aux port. With this cassette adapter, I can now plug in my phone to talk hands free or jam with iTunes. I had thought about replacing my sound system with something more modern, but it already has a 6-disc changer--only the aux port was lacking. At $20, this adapter was a no-brainer.The price was right, and MUCH cheaper than trying to upgrade my classic factory Mark Levinson sound system to a newer version. Happy with this solution for sure!

Works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't want to spend the money on a new radio, so this is the next best thing to listen to music from my phone. Only downfall is the cord. Would like it to be retractable so it isn't hanging out when I'm not using it.

Best one so far
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned two other items like this from other manufacturers... the first one worked well but fell apart due to poor materials, and the other one just blew from the get-go. This one is at least as good as the first one I owned, and it looks a little sturdier. I have not tried to use the phone interrupt feature so I can't make comment on that, but so far works well. It does emphasize the higher end, so turning up the bass is necessary.

Q: QuestionI'm looking for a cassette adapter that plays in stereo (not mono or joint stereo). The last one I bought only played in mono. Does this play in stereo?
Asked by Nickname2.
- A:Answer Plays in stereo, sounds great. Just adjust the volume levels.

Q: QuestionThe person I am talking to gets the echo of their own voice because the microphone is picking up on my car speaker. I can turn down the volume on my car speaker so that they don't hear the echo, but then I can't hear them. Is there any way around this?
Asked by Anonyquestion.
- A:Answer Maybe your Device is to close to the speaker?

Q: QuestionDoes your cell phone have to have a head phone jack to use this item?
Asked by Larry.
- A:Answer Hello. If your cell phone audio is what you are looking to play through your cassette player on your radio, then yes, your cell phone would need a 3.5 mm headphone jack output to pass the audio.

Q: QuestionHow to activate/ deactivate the Siri option. It's activating it even when I don't touch it.
Asked by Gigi.

Q: QuestionMy car's cassette player keeps spitting it out seconds after putting it in. It does work until then though.... what do I do?
Asked by Phineas.
- A:Answer 3 possibilities that I've found to happen; your car is too hot, car's too cold, (both with the casette in the car during the more extreme conditions), or it is or it's about to break.
