Yes, and no. You can plug in to AUX input to deliver audio, but the unit requires external power. I used a 12v "courtesy" jack on the back of my radio and plugged the unit in to aux input located on the back of my radio as well -- hid the receiver in my dash. It is a nice little device, works well and sounds great.

yes, but it's in the back of the unit. make sure you have one plug in during install.
