- Answer All you need is a small 12 volt DC power supply. The receiver power line is clearly marked for polarity. I re-purposed a small wall wart supply and it did the trick. This device works great.

- Answer Yes, just need to convert to 3.5 is all, simple cable can do that

- Answer Yes, and no. You can plug in to AUX input to deliver audio, but the unit requires external power. I used a 12v "courtesy" jack on the back of my radio and plugged the unit in to aux input located on the back of my radio as well -- hid the receiver in my dash. It is a nice little device, works well and sounds great.

QuestionI installed this and it works great. The only issue I have is when I turn on the truck and it connects to my phone, it sends out a deaffening connection tone. I checked my phone vol is down. can i turn this down or off completely?

- Answer I use this for a home application to stream music from my phone to older stereo. I don't think the bluetooth signal is more than 30'. But it works flawlessly. The problem was finding a 12v power source for the receiver....I ordered a charger for an amazon alexa dot, which puts out more watts than a phone charger. I simply spliced the charger wire to the musicstream receiver, and voila! No problems and flawless music streaming from my apple music app.

- Answer Yes you need a power supply. It has a red “hot” and black “ground” wire that needs to be connected to power and ground

QuestionI have an 09 Mitsubishi galant es 4cyl 2.4L and I know obviously it can be hooked into back of factory radio but what input would you be able to hear it thru? I don't have an aux input just CD and radio . car says mp3 but nothing I do will goto mp3 mode

- Answer I would think it is basically the same thing. When you run into the radio it is at preamp levels and the internal amplifier does the work. It should be the same running into the amp but you need to be sure you have volume controls so you don't run in at full power.
