Anything that has an rca plugs would do but u need to get a 12 volt dc supply to power the bluetooth device

You would then pair your iPhone with this device and play music. 0ne issue is the music streaming device also requires a 12 V power source as it is designed to go in an automobile not a home stereo unit. This could be accomplished with the use of a power supply adaptor. However this is not included with the music stream as it is designed for automobile use where 12v power is available. There are models of these that use a USB power source. That might be the preferred option for what you are trying to accomplish with a home stereo.
