A:AnswerStandard vent size ducting to outside of house will work for most vent hoods. Check your stove total cfm’s and ensure vent hood you purchase meets or exceeds the stove total cfm’s. Also check your ceiling height to make sure the hood vent you purchase will reach the ceiling ducting , sometimes based on ceiling height you may need to purchase an extension kit.
