- Answer If you are facing the outside of the door: -The lock is installed on the left side of the door (swing to the right when opening), you need a RIGHT HANDLE lock. -The lock is installed on the right side of the door (swing to the left when opening), you need a LEFT HAND lock.

QuestionDo these locks have an application/online monitoring/programming that can be accessed remotely to see (1) who entered & when? (2) to add/delete privaledges to the smart locks on network? (3) to network/add all smart locks to managable program/website?

- Answer Dear Blake, To answer your question. 1) No, there is no application or online monitoring for this door lock 2) You can only add or delete privileges on the door lock 3) There is no way to manage the door lock remotely iTouchless Team
