How do you turn it off?? null

There is no On/Off switch, and it does not turn off automatically when not in use, therefore, unplugging it from the USB socket is the only way to turn it off.

The only way that I can tell to turn it off is to unplug it. You can mute it constantly to avoid microphone use by using the button on the right side of the lens. You can prevent unauthorized video by using the supplied lens cover.

Unfortunately, there is no ON/OFF button on the JVCU360 webcam; to completely power it off, you would have to unplug it, or you can disable it depending on what OS you have, there are different instructions. If needed, technical assistance can be provided by contacting support on the casing and an agent would be happy to help.
