• The USB 3.0 Mini Dock requires an installation of a driver for proper functionality. Drivers are available on j5create website under the "Support" tab. Please have full admin rights to complete the installation process. Once completed and computer has restarted, plug the Mini Dock into computer via USB-Type A and connect a VGA and HDMI cable to your monitors with the correct input selected. ** Feel free to contact j5create Technical Support if you require further assistance.
