“Can I use a VGA to HDMI adaptor to connect a monitor via the VGA port? I currently have an HDMI cable for the first monitor and it is connected just fine. I plugged in the VGA to HDMI adaptor and it is not detecting the second monitor.”

We recommend directly connecting our device to a computer and running a VGA cable to the monitor. We cannot guarantee functionality when another adapter is connected to our Mini Dock due to signal degradation.
