Please try again later.I just bought this the other day and I was so excited and it worked perfect until Apples latest update Catalina that no longer allows the device to work and there is not currently a software update to fix the problem. I know this be the J5 website says it has you fill out a from and then does not respond back. The auto reply says that they know that it is an issue.
