• The HP Stream must support DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out when using a Plug n Play device (JCA153G) when it's connected to a USB-C port. Without that feature, the Video Adapter will not work. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. Thank you.
