Questioni used the MacBook Pro power supply into the power connector on the back. It does not seem to have enough power to power more than one small usb drive and the computer. Is this normal? Should it be able to power a second small usb drive?

- Answer I guess it depends on the model. I have a T470s that has a USB-C/Thunderbolt port. The Thunderbolt port was disabled in the BIOS by default, I simple enabled it.

- Answer This dock will work with the Dell Latitude 5490, You will need to check your HP Envy's specifications on whether the type-c connection allows for displayport alt mode, if it does it will work with this dock.

- Answer This docking station, the JCD543, is designed and configured to be used with a USB Type-C connection. I would recommend a docking station that is designed for a USB Type-A connection to get a fully functional device, like our JUD481 Boomerang docking station with the USB Type-A host cable connection.

For Windows computer, please ensure that install the j5create driver software and that your computer's USB-C port supports a feature called DisplayPort Alternate Mode, in order to achieve a triple display setup of: HDMI/HDMI/VGA or DP/HDMI/VGA.

- Answer I don't have Apple tech, but perhaps I can offer insight. Did you adjust your display Settings in your operating system controls? I have Windows 10 for my Samsung laptop. I had to find my Settings to look for Display controls. I also had to save and then Restart. Best of Luck to you!
