“I just purchased 2 of these and love that they are simple-just plug and play. However, when I am on a zoom call they can hear me but I can not hear them. Is there a setting I can change to have inbound and outbound sound”

To change the default playback device: (Windows) 1. Right-click on the Windows 10 Start button, select Settings. 2. Select System 3. Select Sound 4. From the drop-down menu under “Choose your output device”, select a device. E.g. Speakers (USB Audio), (Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio). NOTE: the j5create USB adapter is recognized as "USB Audio" 5. Move the volume bar under “Master Volume” Repeat steps 4 & 5 until you hear audio coming through your preferred playback device. At this point, the audio should play through the device that was selected. To change the audio output device: (Mac) 1.) Open System Preferences 2.) Select "Sound". 3.) From the window that appears, click the "Output" tab. 4.) Locate and select "USB Audio" from the list. At this point, the audio should play through the device that was selected.
