- Answer This cable will only support up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz, unfortunately not 2560 x 1440 @ 144 Hz.

- Answer Unfortunately, we do not have a 5120x1440 monitor to test with. The USB-C to 4K DisplayPort Cable can support 3840 X 2160 @ 144Hz. You may be able to use 120Hz but not sure if it will be in 5120x1440 resolution. Cordially, j5create team.

- Answer This device will be able to output 4k resolutions at 60hz. This device is only intended for the USB Type-C plug to connect to your computer, and then the DisplayPort plug to be connected to your monitor/display.

- Answer That type of setup will not work. The USB-C to 4K DisplayPort Cable needs a computer to support DisplayPort Alternate Mode over USB Type-C to transmit audio and video signals. This video cable does not power a display.

- Answer We recommend connecting the USB-C to 4K DisplayPort Cable to a computer that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode over USB Type-C and the other end to an available DP input onto a monitor. We cannot guarantee proper functionality when daisy-chaining j5 devices onto another device.

- Answer No, but a JCA140 is a Type-C adapter with a female DisplayPort connection that will allow for a cable of any length to be used.
