While some of our users have succeeded in pairing their Jabra Elite 7 Active to their computers, we do not officially support this. - Answer Apparently so. I preordered on 3 Oct and I got an email that says these are currently unavailable. This item has been delayed. We're working to get it to you within the next few days. We're Working on Your Order • If the delay is OK, we'll work to get your item(s) to you within the next few days • You'll get an email when your order is ready for pickup • It's unusual, but if your item(s) aren't available by Friday, October 29, 2021, we'll cancel the item(s) and notify you by email

QuestionWhy do these advertise multi-point, when it's not supported by Apple products? This is only on the Jabra website, in the FAQ, and I just learned from a support agent. Wasted time and money.

- Answer I have an iPhone and they connected easily, without any issues. Bought my hubby a pair, his phone is an android and they paired great as well. Both of us love them better than our AirPods 2nd generation.

QuestionI seem to have lost one of my two earbuds. I'm sure it's in the house somewhere, but I can't for the life of me find it. I have the serial number through the app. Is there a way to track it's location even if it's dead or off?

- Answer Thank you for your question. The "Find My Jabra" feature can track your earbuds, but it does have to be turned on beforehand. It will remember the last place the phone was connected to your earbuds.

QuestionCan you update your website to reflect the even further delayed product release of October 24th. If you attempted to order from Jabra last week, they changed to 10/20. If you attempted this week it now shows 10/24. Amazon shows releasing 10/24.
