Hello JC- To mute/unmute the microphone during a call, press the Left or the Right button. In mono earbud mode, press the button of the earbud you are using to mute/unmute the microphone. Thank you for your question!

Yes. Tap either bud once to answer a call. Tap either once again to mute/unmute the microphone. Double tap to end the call. Hold down left bud to lower call volume, hold down right bud to raise call volume.

Yes, A single tap while on a call mutes it I believe.
