Thought I'd reply to this as I had this problem and found no useful answers anywhere online. I ended up phoning Jabra and the guy got me to manually reapply the firmware (even though I was on the latest). MAKE SURE you let it update COMPLETELY because the light on the case goes green for a period halfway through the update then continues updating (flashing purple). I have a theory that this may be what caused the trouble for me when I first updated the firmware immediately after purchase, I'm sure I would have removed the buds after the light first went green. My theory is that only the right earbud updated! Since re-applying, performance has been flawless! The process to do this is undocumented as far as I can tell but you need to: 1. Go to the Sound+ app 2. Go to the device section 3. Select Voice Guidance Language 4. Select your language then choose update
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have static in the left ear bud as well-not happy!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. With hear-through off, I still hear the hissing (white noise like) on the left ear piece. I notice the fast ticking sound only with the Sport Life App on (maybe has to do with heart-rate monitor)?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem with my first pair. It was only certain decibles causing it. I returned them and the second pair is doing it too! I'm also having call issues. 3-6 time a call, the other caller lets me know that I'm suddenly far away. I honestly can't see how these headphones made it through QA with these issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No ticking, but try double tapping the lower button on right ear bud, maybe you have hear through on? Also no hissing. Using google pixel xl.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've noticed a hissing sound coming from my headphones, which I purchased in November 2023. This issue occurs specifically when using the ANC and Hear Through modes. Additionally, one of the headphones has completely stopped producing sound. Unfortunately, the instructions provided by their online support for resolving the problem have been ineffective. This experience has led me to decide that I won't be purchasing Jabra products again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This happens to me too, I shve to place my earbud in a specific way inside my ear to remove the hissing sound. When I tilt my headbfast or when my bud comes loose or is placed weong I can hear the hissing non stop. Sometimes I can’t hear nothing at all! This is just very bad engineering if some sort, better to return the headphones and invest in abother company or something. I’m using the Jabra Elite 3)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The clicking in the Right earpiece seems to do with HR monitor. I only notice it when there is no music but it starts clicking when the app is open and it tries to get your HR. Close the app, restart your headphones and it goes away, at least until you use the HR again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought two pairs . Have returned one Left ear sounds like wind tunnel when I ride my bike If I'm in the car and I turn on heat or air conditioning same issue. They had me turn off talk through. I have been in touch with Jabra support and they are working with their engineers. Otherwise I love them Use many of their products in my home and office
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Guys, This is what's happening. The thing is that the touchpad control on each earbud is different, the left one controls the volume and the right one the voice commands. The reason for the white noise is that the earbuds are at a max volume (independent from the cellphone volume), so just turn down the volume on the left earbud. Hopefully this is helpful.
