Q: QuestionMy headphone jack is broken on my Galaxy S6, will I need a functioning headphone jack for these headphones?

• A:Answer You have to call Jabra. Bestbuy won't do anything after 15 days unless you bought their warranty. They don't stand behind their products. Mine did the same thing and it is taking 3 weeks so far to get a replacement.
