• They have been compatible with both of my laptops which use Windows 7 and Windows 10.

• The headphones will pair with any bluetooth enabled device. You should have no problem with your laptop connecting.

• I've sync'd mine up with a BT dongle on my desktop and with my Pioneer head unit in my truck just to see if it would work. It should work for you.

• Yes these headphones will work on any OS, not sure about the mic though.
