It depends on what you are connecting it to, but most things you should just be able to discover it and link it to the device.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you mean just pairing/connecting with a phone, or an app to actually read text messages aloud over the headset? Pairing/connecting just depends on the phone's ability to do that with any such bluetooth headset. For the latter, it seems to depend on the phone - my Windows Phone 8.1 Lumia 640 has the inbuilt ability to read the text messages aloud, whereas my LG Phoenix 2 does not, although I have not checked all the Android settings, nor searched for such an app for that.
