This Explorer 300 would not be sufficient to run that pump. That pump will draw roughly 1500 watts. You'll need a system that can supply at least 1500 watts, but realistically, you'd want a bit more for surge capacity and safety margin. And 1500 watts for 20 minutes a day is 500 watt hours, not counting some losses. So you'd need a bare minimum of 500 watt hours of capacity, again with more than that for a bit of fudge factor and to account for losses. So maybe a 2000 watt continuous inverter with 750+ watt hour capacity. Something like that. And if you are hoping to charge it via solar, then you'll also want enough solar capacity to reliably produce 500+ watt hours a day.
