- Answer Pairs much easier than most sets I've had. Paired on a couple TVs with Dish, no big deal. These just don't have voice that announces connection but strange beeping.

- Answer You can buy ear buds of different sizes for cheap and in bulk on line in case you lose one (lol). I almost always have to change mines out. check online for the manual on their site.
