Yes, go by another pair, keep the packaing, then put the old pair in the packaging and bring them back as defective and get your $ back. The chances that the new ones don't work either is crazy low, but if they are - repeat until they aren't.

They do work but if I overcharge or leave than plugged in until the red light goes off. It takes two days for them to come back on. I have sued these only when I work out for short periods of time and I plug into my IPad. HTH

Turning on and off the bluetooth in my phone until they appeared and that was it. Pairing is now very easy. And they work well. The sound is not the best, but for the price they are OK. They met my expectations. You have to try many times befire they connect.
