• One Ed to another I found the instructions included with my headphones to be totally worthless so I went to JAM's website and found excellent instructions. Hope this helps you.

• Take them to Geeksquad. All you have to do normally is cut them on, go to settings, search for devices, click the “Out There”, and connect. These were too simple. I do have an iPhone tho.
