- Answer They were fine. They don't eliminate all background noise but they do a pretty good job and the battery lasts a long time without requiring a recharge. Use the included audio cable to connect (you can't use bluetooth to connect to airplane movies).

QuestionWhy is this product at times, found and at times not, for pairing on the Sansung Note 8 ? Why, when in use it automatically turns off and unpairs Itself from the Samsung Note 8 ? FYI Second set of JAM wireless headset WITH PROBLEMS.

- Answer Of your tv can pair with devices then yes this can; the volume is clear and adjustable so it won't be overwhelming but the band is rather tight on your head though after a while.

- Answer depress center button on right earpiece until you hear chirp. this makes the headphone discoverable. your BT device laptop, mp3 stereo etc. needs to find the Jam.

- Answer I find that these really cut out the lower frequencies well. Medium to higher frequency decibel level is quelled, but can still be distinguishable. These are my first and only experience with a noise cancelling headset, so I have no idea how better, higher quality, more expensive headsets perform by comparison. For the $29.99 sale price at Best Buy... to my limited experience, I love them at this price. Not sure how I'd feel at the full $69.99 price.
