• Yes and I purchased this on 12/21 as a gift. Good thing it didn't arrive on time I would have been mortified gifting this!

• I did as well. The store claimed it is not a refurb, but a close out by the manufacturer. I'm calling BS on this. These are returns and being marketed as new. The manufacturer would never do this on a close out.

• I bought an "open box" item thinking it would come with the original packaging, but it was just the brown box and the 2 wires.
