Yes. It has an app that works quite well with the Galaxy 4.

I was using mine with a Galaxy S3, but as I stated in my review, the Jawbone app would frequently sync causing a significant drain on my battery. There was also a problem with the bluetooth connection to the band dropping. I tried connecting it with my iPad Air and I didn't encounter any problems with it, so I'm not sure if it's an Android problem or because it's an older model phone.
