When will Up3 be available for shipping? null

Regarding the comment suggesting "August 2015," that would most likely be referring to new orders, if that news is indeed accurate—not preorders (for those who have a preorder through Jawbone or Best Buy). I've been in frequent contact with both Jawbone and Best Buy support and have been assured a "January or February" release, at least for initial preorders, which Jawbone have confirmed will be their first fulfillment priority. The CEO of Jawbone reported to Forbes today (1/22) that the delay is due to "sealing problems," which I assume is in regard to their promise for waterproof operation. I plan on sitting tight on my preorder for the time being, as the UP3 is definitely the superior product if they make good on their promises on the product page. However, if it's delayed any further and an update of the Microsoft Band comes out in the meantime, it could be the dealbreaker. Other current generation fitness trackers just dont have any appeal to me.

I have received two emails since preordering this on 12/1. I paid for expedited shipping and Best Buy said it would arrive Dec 14. After two email updates, the "release date" has been pushed back to Jan 18. I'm hoping to have my shipping fee waived since I won't be getting this until a month after it comes out.

Latest from BestBuy says December 31st, 2015. That's 2015!!! NEXT YEAR. Good luck with that!

Called Jawbone to get the status and found that they will not be shipping to anyone until early August 2015. And they plan ship to in the order that they were purchased giving priority to sales made directly from their website. So Bestbuy will likely be more like October.

According to this page, http://jawbone.com/store/buy/up3. It will ship within 4 - 5 weeks. I would assume Bestbuy would also receive these units around the same time.

I would be pleasantly surprised if this shipped in time for Christmas.
