Do these take internet? null

No, just Bluetooth that I know of

They are connected to a mobile device through Bluetooth. I don't believe they themselves are able to connect to internet.

The dumbbells do not require the internet and connect via Bluetooth via the app on a phone or tablet. If you wanted to do a live training session, your phone or tablet would need to have internet.
