Make sure they are connected to the charging ports. I had the same issue until I charged them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Tom, when I was setting up my set it paired with my phone very easily, so unfortunately I have no had the problem you are speaking about. However, I found some steps on the manufacturer's website that may be of some assistance to you. My device won’t connect to Bluetooth: For iPhones: Go to Settings, then Privacy, then Bluetooth. Make sure the slider for JAXJOX is to the right. This will allow JAXJOX to use Bluetooth. Also, go to settings and make sure Bluetooth is set to On. Also, go to Settings, then Privacy again. Go to Location Services. Go down to the JAXJOX app, and select it. Then select either While Using the App or Always. I am unsure about Android but I suspect it would be similar. If this does not help I would suggest reaching out to the manufacturer and trying to work with them to resolve it.
