“What’s the warranty on this item without any kind of additional insurance?”

• JAXJOX technically offers a 1 year warranty, but DOES NOT cover purchases made at Best Buy (this is specifically stated in their warranty verbiage as of December 2022).

• If you purchase it from BB, the manufacturer warranty is not applicable per a recent response I received from support when one dumbbell stopped working 2 months after purchase: “We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your dumbbell. Unfortunately, we no longer cover Best Buy purchases under our warranty; however, you can still purchase a replacement part from us. We are currently on backorder but will add you to our waiting list. The estimated cost is $35 + shipping.” The warranty states coverage for 12 months but apparently not so if bought from BB.
