I purchased a set of Comply foam tips which create a great seal and are comfortable. It's an extra purchase but makes a huge difference in sound. They should have been included for the price.

Please try again later.I would change out the ear buds and/or wings and try out the other sizes to see how they sound and fit - they shouldn't fall out of your ears easily. Also, I would guess the sound changing when you bend down is due to a poor fit. I ended up changing the wing size I initially put on and then changed the bud size - it took me a while, but once I got a good fit they were comfortable, stayed in place and sounded a lot better.

I also had problems getting them to fit right, but I found the wings adjusted properly made them work well while being active.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like they don't fit. Before replacing them try to change the ear buds, there are three sizes in the package. Also checkout the manual for fitting adjustments tips - you might be doing it wrong.
