I am definitely having that issue. That’s the most annoying.

Mine came with two sizes and I did have to switch to the smaller size. The special jaybird buy did not come with all the bells and whistles as I did a review after purchase and some comes with memory foam ear tips which would have been nice as an added option. Good luck.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am definitely having that problem. They fall off when I take them out of the pouch. They fall off when I take them out of my purse. They fall off if I'm just simply wearing them around my neck. And they definitely get stuck in my ear. So super annoying... So much so that I contemplated returning the earbuds to the store. Ultimately I ended up writing the company just to see what they would say and they gave me a website compfyfoam.com so I can go and purchase more ear tips and cushions.How rude, already paid an extra$79 for the 1st set! ! I never had this problem with my Adidas Monsters, Bose, or Beats! . #designflaw
