Is there something I'm doing wrong? I bought these and fully charged it with the battery pack attached to the earbuds, but when I go to remove the battery pack from the earbuds, I can't even get the earbuds to turn on without the battery pack. null

The button takes a minute to turn on takes longer than others I’ve used just trying to hold it longer and if not return them

You have to charge them and wait until both lights are green, then remove the charger and battery pack and just turn them on and that’s it!

See if the battery pack will charge it by itself without being plugged into outlet.

I thought I charged mindfully also and when I pulled them off they were barely charged turns out I didn’t have secure enough make sure the light is on
