Possibly, but JBL’s tech support is awesome. I was able to get a patch downloaded to a usb stick when I had a remote issue with one of my other components. I updated the soundbar and done. No issues ever since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The remote control would only work if the soundbar is visible, unless the upstairs living room and the downstairs living room are visible within eye level then there should be no problems.
